These terms apply to Rapixa VIP purchases and supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free access and Rapixa Pro
On an eligible installation, Rapixa automatically provides seven consecutive 24-hour periods of unlimited use when the App first initializes the free-access state. From day 8, the permanent free plan allows three completed eligible actions per device-local calendar day. Saving a captured photo, completing a recorded video, saving an added watermark, and saving a watermark edit share this single daily allowance. Canceled or failed actions do not count.
This is not a Google Play subscription free trial. The first seven days are provided automatically by Rapixa, require no purchase or payment method, do not enroll you in a Google Play product, and do not result in an automatic charge when they end.
A verified active Rapixa Pro membership only removes the daily usage limit for those same actions. It does not unlock exclusive features or content that are unavailable on the free plan.
2. Products

rapixa_vip_lifetime; one-time purchase for the supported lifetime of Rapixa, subject to law.
No automatic renewal. The 1-month and 1-year plans are prepaid one-time charges. They expire unless you deliberately buy again. Lifetime is also a one-time charge.
3. Price and checkout
The localized price, currency, tax, payment method, and final charge shown by Google Play immediately before confirmation control. Rapixa does not receive your complete card number or Google credentials.
4. Activation and authority
VIP activates only after Google Play completes the purchase and RevenueCat returns a verified active Rapixa Pro entitlement. Pending, canceled, unverified, declined, refunded, revoked, or charged-back transactions do not grant access. Rapixa’s purchase-history server is display-only and cannot grant or extend VIP.
5. Duration
Timed access begins from the verified purchase time and ends at the expiration returned by Google Play/RevenueCat. Lifetime does not have a scheduled expiration, but it does not guarantee that every device, operating system, store, or network service will be supported forever.
6. Restore and devices
Use “Restore from Google Play” with the Google Play account that completed the purchase. Restoration depends on Google Play and RevenueCat verification. Rapixa does not create a separate membership account and cannot merge different Google accounts.
7. Refunds, revocation, and disputes
Google Play’s refund rules and mandatory consumer law apply. A refund, revocation, chargeback, or invalidation may remove the entitlement immediately or at the time reported by Google Play. Contact Google Play for checkout/refund processing and contact us for Rapixa entitlement support. Do not initiate duplicate purchases while another payment is pending.
8. Feature scope
While active, VIP removes Rapixa’s usage quota for the eligible photo, video, and watermark add/edit actions described in the App. VIP does not purchase cloud storage, an account, a team service, third-party services, or ownership of Rapixa software.
9. Changes
We may change future offerings or prices. A change does not convert an already purchased prepaid plan into an auto-renewing plan. We will honor verified access for its stated duration except where a purchase is refunded, revoked, fraudulent, unlawful, or technically impossible to continue, subject to mandatory law.
