These Terms govern the international Android app Rapixa: GPS Timestamp Camera, provided by Shanghai Shunqi Wujie Technology Co., Ltd. By using Rapixa, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by them.
1. Local utility
Rapixa provides camera, video, watermark editing, and local media browsing tools. It does not provide an App account, team workspace, social network, or cloud media storage. You remain responsible for your device, content, backups, permissions, and use of exported media.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Rapixa on devices you control, subject to Google Play’s rules and these Terms. You may not reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass purchase or usage controls, disrupt the service, distribute a modified copy, or use Rapixa unlawfully.
3. Your content and lawful use
You retain rights in content you create. You must have authority to capture, edit, share, or delete media and must respect privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, employment, evidence, and recording laws. Editable time, location, logo, and note watermarks are user-provided labels; they are not authenticated GPS evidence, certified timestamps, or tamper-proof records.
4. Permissions and third parties
Features may require Android permissions. Google Play, RevenueCat, Umeng, device services, and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy.
5. VIP purchases
VIP purchases are also governed by the Membership Purchase Terms. Prices and payment methods shown by Google Play at checkout control. Prepaid month/year plans do not auto-renew; lifetime is a one-time purchase.
6. Updates and availability
We may fix, change, add, or remove features, and may discontinue a service where reasonably necessary. Device, Android, network, storage, regional, or provider limitations can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Rapixa is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for user-entered inaccurate watermarks, loss caused by failure to keep backups, unlawful capture or sharing, third-party apps, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rapixa at any time. We may restrict access to network services for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material breach. Ending use does not automatically delete shared media or records retained for lawful purchase support.
9. Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider in the People’s Republic of China, without removing mandatory rights or forums available to consumers under local law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
