How to batch watermark photos online

For product photos, portfolio images or an event album, start with one text or logo watermark and check how it looks across the whole set. Lightmark Camera lets you import up to 100 images per batch in your browser. The web tool is free and needs no account. Photos and logos are processed on your device.

Step by step

  1. Open the online watermark editor. Choose “Add photos” or drag your images into the workspace. You can import up to 100 at a time. Your own images replace the built-in sample.
  2. Choose “Text”, “Logo”, “Combined” or “Templates”. Enter your name or brand, or choose a logo file you have permission to use.
  3. Adjust the size, opacity and position. Use “Single” for one mark, or “Tiled” to repeat it across the picture.
  4. Move through the previews. Check a landscape image, a portrait image and a busy background before exporting the set. One setting may not suit every composition.
  5. Choose JPG or PNG. “Download photo” saves the selected image; “Download all” creates a ZIP of the batch. Keep the tab open until export finishes.

Which photos should go in the same batch?

Group images with similar layouts and purposes, such as one product collection or one event. Test a few representative images before importing the rest. For a mix of portrait and landscape photos, check that the mark does not cover a face, product detail or important text.

Split images into separate batches when they need different credits, placements or stronger coverage. The 100-image limit is a ceiling, not a recommendation to import 100 large images on every phone. If the browser slows down, try a smaller batch.

Choose JPG, PNG or a ZIP download

Use JPG for ordinary photos that do not need transparency. Use PNG when transparent areas must stay transparent; the resulting files may be larger. Transparent areas become white in JPG exports. A ZIP is a container for the batch, not another image format. Unzip it to access the individual pictures.

You can import JPG, PNG, WebP and other formats your browser can read. HEIC support depends on the browser. If an image will not open, save a separate JPG or PNG copy and import that instead.

Check the results before publishing

Inspect the watermark edges and spelling at a larger size, then check the picture at its intended display size. A mark that looks clear on a large monitor may be too small on a phone. Confirm the number of files and the export format, and keep your unedited originals.

Are photos uploaded or saved for later?

Photos and logos are processed in your browser. The page, fonts and templates still need to load when you first open the tool. Local processing does not mean the first visit works without a connection. The tool page explains the aggregate visit, import and export statistics collected by the website.

Reloading or closing the tab clears the imported pictures and edits. Finish your download and confirm that the files are saved before leaving. The workspace is not a photo backup.

What a watermark can do

A text or logo watermark identifies the source of an image. Tiled marks can make it harder to remove the credit with one simple crop. They cannot guarantee that an image will not be copied or that a watermark cannot be removed. Keep your original files.
